Try this out and see how you do. Currently, it is thought that the carbohydrates in plain yogurt will not raise your blood sugar because they’re eaten away by lactic acid. This appears only to be the case with yogurts that have Live Active Cultures.
Try Stevia as well. Another great way to sweeten things without raising your blood sugar! I like this better…
