A Two Week Induction Plan

Sunday

Breakfast
Two fried eggs
2 pieces of bacon
2 slices of American cheese

Lunch
Cheeseburger (1 or 2) with Low carbohydrate ketchup
Large mixed green salad with cheese and ranch dressing

Dinner
Veal Piccata
Spinach with melted cheese or butter

Snack
Fried Pork Rinds (regular or barbeque flavored)

 

Monday

Breakfast
Two scrambled eggs with Muenster cheese
Two breakfast sausages

Lunch
Two pieces of grilled chicken
Small can of tuna with mayonnaise

Dinner
Cajun Pork Chops
Small portion of broccoli or cauliflower

Snack
Low carb 4 Cheese Pizza Chips

Tuesday

Breakfast
Crust-less Quiche
Two fried eggs with American cheese

Lunch
Large c hicken salad with chopped cucumber and/or celery

Dinner
Maple Mustard-Glazed Salmon
Asparagus with butter
Small green salad with vinaigrette

Snack
10 to 20 olives or 5 carbs worth of Almonds,
Macadamias, Walnuts, or Pecans

 

Wednesday

Breakfast
Smoked salmon and cream cheese rollups
Two hard-boiled eggs

Lunch
2 b
acon cheeseburgers with American cheese and Low carbohydrate ketchup

Dinner
Broiled steak
Spaghetti squash with butter

Snack
Low carb Cool Ranch Chips with sour cream

 

Thursday

Breakfast
Western omelet with bacon or sausage

Lunch
Turkey , Romaine lettuce and mayonnaise rollups

Dinner
Turkey Cutlets with Green Peppercorn Sauce
Cauliflower or broccoli with butter or melted cheese

Snack
1 ounce Swiss cheese or Low Carb Classic Corn Chips

 

Friday

Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with melted mozzarella
2 pieces of bacon or breakfast sausage

Lunch
Chef salad with blue-cheese dressing
and Low carbohydrate mashed potatoes


Dinner
Herb Roasted Chicken with Lemon
Creamy Red Cabbage Slaw

Snack
Low Carb Nacho Cheese Chips

Saturday

Breakfast
Large Tuna salad

Lunch
Ham, spinach and cheese omelet
Mixed green salad with ranch dressing

Dinner
Tuna melt
Green beans with melted butter
Broiled Portobello mushrooms with sesame oil

Snack
Celery stuffed with Roasted Garlic and Vegetable Dip
or 2 mozzarella sticks

 

Repeat this week and/or vary amongst days. One more week and you’re finished with induction. As you probably already know, things get a little easier from this point on…
