How
would your life look and feel if you were thin?
If there's only one reason you should start a low carbohydrate
diet to lose weight, it's to become more sexually attractive.
If your partner becomes more sexually attracted to you, you
will know it. When you know it (and show it), you will
become even more sexually appealing. This will make your
partner more sexually receptive thus making you more sexually
receptive. Things do get better. They can and they will. It
depends on you.
You've
got to make the first move and allow
me to help you. Nobody else will do this for you. Nobody
can lose the weight for you. You need to learn how to successfully
lose the weight once and for all. You can and
you will. Where there's a will there's
a way.
Keep
in mind that nobody wants you to lose weight more than you and
I do (for reasons I will explain in a moment). You losing weight
will probably make other people around you feel uncomfortable.
As you're losing weight, the pressure is on them to lose
weight. Or, if they don't need to lose weight, they'll be worried
that you're moving into their territory of "attractiveness".
This is sad, but true. It's human...
So
if you're overweight, don't depend on other people to let you
know it or let you know how to fix the problem. Nobody wants

My
friend Danielle tried to lose weight for years. She went to
Weight Watchers meetings, tried Slim Fast, Dexatrim.. These
were all temporary fixes. She was often hungry and tempted by
snacks and television commercials (This will not be the case
on a low carb diet).
I
remember how she used to rely on her two friends Tina and Josephine
to go with her to Weight Watchers meetings and to the gym. Tina
and Josephine only had about 10 pounds each to lose. They were
extremely bad influences on her. 10 pounds is nothing. If you
only need to lose 10 pounds, don't continue reading. You certainly
don't need to be on a low carb diet.
Anyhow.
Tina and Josephine rarely ever made it to the gym or Weight
Watchers meetings. Why? Because they didn't really need
it. Danielle got frustrated because nobody would go with her.
And when they did go with her, they felt it was okay
to go and get a pizza afterwards. Why? Because Tina and Josephine
weren't really concerned with their weight. I think they only
went to show off. Bad, bad influences.
If
Danielle called and asked if they were going to the gym or to
kickboxing class, they'd usually say, "No, not today.
I think I'm just gonna go shopping. But I'll definitely be there
tomorrow". So, Danielle would go shopping figuring
"what's one day off?". Well, one day turned
into two days - and so on, and so on...
Please.
Please do not fall into this hole. If you're overweight,
don't rely on friends to help you. They don't want you to
be nearly as attractive as they are. This is the power they
hold over you. If you know you're overweight but your
friends keep telling you, "you look great" - don't
believe it. Only one of two things can be happening here. Either
they feel too bad to tell you the truth - OR - they're keeping
you down.
The
better you look the less they stand out in the
crowd...
I
am personally offended by any person who thinks along the lines
of friends like Tina and Josephine. They make my skin crawl...
